Over the past year I’ve been to Rembrandt’s restaurant in Eagle for breakfast and lunch, both very good.
In July 2025 I was cruising around the area and as I drove past, I remembered how charming this place was. For those of you that have not yet visited here, they have a great outdoor umbrella-covered patio as well as a very unique inside space. It was a beautiful Idaho afternoon, and the entire experience inspired the painting shown here.
Rembrandt's is an iconic eatery in Eagle, Idaho. It's in an old church and is as unique inside as it looks from the outside. I returned from my little trip and started this 16 x 20 oil on canvas.
